How to use this checklist

Do not simply tick everything you recognise.

A topic is only secure if you can recall it, explain it accurately and apply it to a question without relying heavily on notes. Be realistic about your confidence so that revision time is spent where it will make the greatest difference.

A final revision check

Before an examination, ask yourself whether you can do more than recognise each topic. Can you explain it precisely, apply it to an unfamiliar scenario, trace or write code where appropriate and answer an exam-style question without notes?
