Digital products
These terms explain purchase, delivery, individual-use licensing, intellectual property, compatibility, refunds and permitted use of LogicPath Education digital resources.

These terms apply when a person purchases, receives or uses a digital learning resource supplied under the trading name LogicPath Education by Ahmed Syed in the United Arab Emirates.
They apply alongside the general Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Any important product-specific information confirmed in writing before payment also forms part of the agreement.

The product description and sample page explain what is included in a particular purchase. Samples, previews and watermarked pages are limited promotional materials and are not the complete paid product.
Resources are currently requested directly through the website contact form, email or WhatsApp. The product, price, currency and delivery arrangement will be confirmed before payment.
Payment is currently made by bank transfer using details supplied privately by LogicPath Education.
The customer is responsible for checking that the correct resource has been requested before making payment.
Digital resources are normally delivered after confirmed payment by email, download link, private access link or assignment to an enrolled student's secure learning area.
The customer should provide a correct email address and check spam or junk folders. If access has not arrived within the time stated during the order, the customer should contact LogicPath Education.
Delivery is complete when the file or working access link has been sent to the agreed address or account, subject to the customer's statutory rights.
Where the law gives a customer a cooling-off or cancellation period for a distance purchase, LogicPath Education will obtain the customer's express request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of any resulting loss of the cancellation right where this is legally required.
Until automated checkout is introduced, this confirmation may be obtained in writing by email or WhatsApp before the full resource is supplied.
This section does not remove rights relating to digital content that is faulty, materially different from its description or not supplied as agreed.
Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately after delivery, a change-of-mind refund will not normally be offered after lawful immediate delivery has begun and the customer has given any required acknowledgement.
However, this does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact LogicPath Education promptly where:
LogicPath Education will first investigate and may provide a corrected file, replacement access, reasonable technical help, or a refund where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances.
Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable individual-use licence for the named purchaser or named student to view, download and use the resource for personal educational purposes.
The licence applies only to the named user. A parent or household member may reasonably support the named student in using the resource, but the purchase does not grant additional licences to other students, families, tutors or organisations.
The purchase does not grant a school, tutoring centre, department, class or commercial organisation a multi-user licence. A separate written licence is required for institutional, classroom, staff-training or commercial use.
Without written permission, customers must not:
A purchaser may print one complete copy of the resource for the named student's own use. Individual pages may be reprinted where reasonably necessary because a page has been damaged, lost or used for annotation.
The purchaser may keep one personal backup copy on a secure device or private storage account controlled by the purchaser.
Printing or copying for a class, tutoring group, school department, multiple households or unrelated learners is not permitted under an individual-use licence.
Interactive guides may be supplied as HTML files or accessed through a private web link. They are designed for current mainstream desktop or tablet browsers.
Some hover interactions work best with a mouse or trackpad. Touchscreen behaviour may differ, and older browsers, restrictive school networks or unusual device settings may affect performance.
Customers should review the available preview and compatibility information before purchase. LogicPath Education does not guarantee compatibility with every device, browser extension, school firewall or third-party software configuration.
Digital comics and other fixed-layout illustrated resources are supplied in the format stated in the product description, normally as PDF files. Suitable PDF-reading software is required.
Colours, image scaling and page dimensions may appear slightly different between screens, printers and software applications. Customers are responsible for selecting suitable print settings where they choose to print an authorised personal copy.
DOCX files require a compatible word-processing application, and small differences in fonts, pagination or layout may occur between applications.
Where both PDF and DOCX versions are supplied, the PDF should normally be treated as the intended fixed-layout version.
LogicPath Education may correct errors or improve a resource after its original release.
A corrected replacement may be supplied where a significant error is identified. Purchase does not automatically include every future edition, redesign, syllabus update or expanded version unless this was stated at the time of sale.
Resources are designed using the curriculum or examination-board information stated in the product description. Specifications, assessment arrangements and terminology may change.
Customers should confirm that the resource matches the student's current course, specification and examination board.
LogicPath Education is an independent provider and is not approved, sponsored or endorsed by AQA, OCR, Pearson Edexcel or any other examination board. References to an examination board or specification are used only to identify the course or curriculum for which a resource has been independently produced.
Resources are intended to support teaching, revision and independent practice. They do not replace a complete course, professional teaching, official examination-board material or individual academic advice.
No particular grade, examination result or learning outcome is guaranteed.
Unless otherwise stated, the text, educational content, design, structure, activities, diagrams, code examples, interactive elements, artwork, illustrations, cover art, panel layouts, dialogue, storylines, branding and visual compositions are protected intellectual property belonging to LogicPath Education or the relevant rights holder.
This includes the System Core title and the names, visual identities, character designs and associated artwork for Byte, Core, Patch and Glitch.
Buying a resource grants only the individual-use licence described in these terms. It does not transfer ownership of intellectual property, editable source files, production files, character assets or original artwork.
Any third-party names, logos or trade marks referred to in a resource remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Customers must keep download links, private access codes and account credentials secure.
LogicPath Education may disable or replace a link where there is evidence of unauthorised sharing, security risk or misuse. Access may be refused where the individual-use licence has been materially breached.
LogicPath Education will take reasonable care in preparing and delivering resources. It is not responsible for losses caused by unsupported devices, third-party software, customer modifications, unauthorised sharing, school-network restrictions or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may be updated when the sales process, delivery methods, products or legal requirements change. The terms applying to an order are normally those provided or available when that order is confirmed.
