Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before you book a consultation

Answers for parents considering online Computer Science, coding, GCSE, A Level, CAT4, 11+ and reasoning tuition with LogicPath Education.

How do online lessons work?+

Lessons are delivered live online using video, screen sharing, an interactive whiteboard and lesson resources. Your child joins through a shared lesson link, and all they need is a suitable device and a reliable internet connection.

How long is each lesson?+

Lessons are 60 minutes. This gives enough time to explain a concept clearly, work through examples together and allow your child to practise with guidance.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every new student begins with a free 30-minute introductory lesson. This is a relaxed opportunity to discuss your child’s needs, see how lessons work and decide whether the support is the right fit.

How much does tuition cost?+

Tuition is charged per 60-minute lesson. Fees depend on the student’s level, location and type of support required, so exact pricing is confirmed clearly during the free consultation before any lessons are booked.

Which year groups and levels do you teach?+

I support students from KS2 and KS3 through to GCSE and A Level Computer Science. I also support Python, coding and reasoning preparation for CAT4, 11+ and similar assessments.

Which exam boards do you cover?+

I support the major Computer Science exam boards, including AQA, OCR, Edexcel, Eduqas/WJEC and Cambridge International. Lessons are tailored to your child’s specific specification and the topics they find most challenging.

How are lessons tailored to my child?+

Every student starts with a short review to identify strengths, gaps and misconceptions. From there, I build a focused plan around the areas that will make the biggest difference, rather than working through generic worksheets.

Will I know how my child is progressing?+

Yes. Parents receive clear feedback so they understand what their child is working on, why it matters and what the next steps are.

Is my child safe in online lessons?+

Yes. Safeguarding is taken seriously. I am a qualified teacher with UK and UAE teaching experience, and lessons are conducted professionally with clear expectations, appropriate communication and a focus on student safety.

What is your cancellation policy?+

If your child is unable to attend, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so the lesson can be rearranged at a time that suits you.

How do I get started?+

Book a free consultation through the form, or send a quick WhatsApp message with your child’s year group, exam board and the support they need. I will review the details and suggest the most suitable next step.
